FILLING IN LEADERSHIP GAPS AND CRAFTING A NEW EVENT EXPERIENCE AT THE BEST BALLPARK IN AMERICA
The Pittsburgh Pirates were the first BIG Creative Partner, and boy have we been on a ride with them. Since the spring of 2020 we’ve been consulting with the ballpark production and entertainment teams at the Pittsburgh Pirates and we’ve grown together tremendously. This is a great example of how BIG Creative can immediately bolt-on to an existing creative and event production team and provide some much needed leadership and support from day 1 of the partnership. Since then BIG Creative has been an integral part in rebuilding the entire entertainment and production staff at the Pittsburgh Pirates, as well as guiding the organization through a control room rebuild, full in-ballpark display overhaul, sound system redesign, and creation of an in-game production and entertainment strategy that serves the current product on the field and modern Pittsburgh Pirates brand. We even stepped in at the last minute to put together the team’s 2023 Team Intro Film that would debut on the brand new scoreboard on Opening Day. It’s hard to articulate all of the things we’ve been able to do together, but the last 3 years of Partnership with the Pirates has been a shining example of the value and purpose of BIG Creative.

BIG Creative continues to provide high-level consulting services to the Marketing Department at the Pittsburgh Pirates, and is also a go-to solution for ongoing digital, marketing, and in-venue content creation support. BIG Creative will also continue to provide on-site event support for key dates during the 2024 MLB season, as well as a handful of game audits and feedback sessions for continued growth throughout the year.
