The Event Production & Entertainment staff at the San Francisco 49ers and Levi’s Stadium have steadily put on some of the best shows in all of the National Football League, and have continued to do so with one of the smaller departments in the league. They knew that there was a good chance this team could return to the Super Bowl this year and were looking for ways to maximize their hours throughout the season, so they reached out to BIG Creative back in the summer of 2023 to investigate a variety of ways we could help. We started by placing an Event Producer on site for their 2 major soccer matches of the summer. This Event Producer would become the main contact on site and would handle meetings, content management, quality control, content testing, rehearsals, and event execution. This took a significant amount of time and attention off of the 49ers full time staff while they were able to focus on the upcoming NFL season. Throughout the NFL season they also looked to us to manage all of their LED ribbon assets as this was a major week-to-week initiative with their sponsorship team. We were able to do this remotely, as well as provided on-site support during a critical point in the season. Finally, we were able to place another Event Producer on site with the team from Week 16 all the way through the NFC Championship Game, which provided an extra layer of high-level support as the team made their return to the Super Bowl.
